We do not offer refunds for advertising services once a listing is approved and published. All payments made for listing services are final. In cases of technical error or duplicate charges, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

 

To request a refund due to error, please email: [email protected] with proof of payment and a description of the issue.

 

2. Billing & Payment Policy

Key-girls.com accepts Visa and Mastercard payments securely through our payment partner. All payments are processed in real-time, and you will receive a confirmation email upon successful completion.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date. Unauthorized or suspicious use of cards may result in suspension or legal action.

 

3. Delivery Policy

All services on Key-girls.com are digital, and delivery is considered complete once the listing is live on the platform.

Listings are typically published within 5–15 minutes after payment confirmation.

In rare cases of technical delay, delivery can take up to 24 hours.

If you do not see your listing within this time frame, please contact our support.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a listing before it goes live. Once a listing is active, cancellation will not result in a refund.

To cancel a pending order, email: [email protected] immediately after payment.

 

5. Terms & Conditions (Payment-Specific Clause)

By submitting a payment on Key-girls.com, you agree that:

You are the authorized cardholder or have permission from the cardholder.

You are purchasing digital advertising services.

You understand that refunds are limited and only provided under specific circumstances as defined in our Refund Policy.

 

6. PCI Compliance & Secure Payments

Key-girls.com does not store or process cardholder data directly. All card payments are handled through a PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateway provider using secure encryption technologies.

 

7. Dispute Resolution Policy

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to investigate and resolve any issues quickly.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
